DZ BANK Group Career Prize
- DZ BANK Group Career Prize - The 2009 Prize Winners
Every year since 2001, DZ BANK has awarded the DZ BANK Career Prize in collaboration with the Junge Karriere recruitment and business magazine, Handelsblatt, and WiWiOnline.net. The prize has been awarded jointly by the DZ BANK Group since 2009.
The prize is awarded for the best degree dissertations in the area of banking and finance. The breakdown into the two categories of ‘master’s degree dissertations (university/college)’ and ‘bachelor’s degree dissertations’ is structured in line with the new two-stage higher education system.
With a total value of €24,000, the DZ BANK Group Career Prize is the highest prize awarded by a German company to university graduates for academic dissertations. The recipients are selected by a top-class jury of nine academics and practitioners, ensuring that the prizewinning dissertations are of the highest possible standard.
There were 170 entrants in 2010, a record number for the competition. The large number of dissertations about the cooperative model was particularly remarkable. More information can be found at www.karrierepreis.de
